I've been a teacher and administrator for 38 years.
In 1999 I was awarded "Minnesota Physical Education Teacher of the Year". In 2001 I was voted Becker Public Schools "Teacher of the Year" by my peers.
I earned a BS Degree in Physical Education from Winona State University, a MA degree in Curriculum and Instruction from St. Thomas University and a Sixth Year License in Education Administration from St Cloud State University.
I founded the STAR Gym, a strength training facility, still going strong after 23 years. I have personally trained individuals as well as organized and directed group training sessions.
